Races

Hydroplane boat races on the Rouge River are an annual event. The small one manned boats fly down the river at high speed. You know they are coming as they sound like an angry hive of bees. We had a vertical view of the river, watching as they sped by below us. Exciting to watch and they pass each other, vying for the lead position. Who won? I have no idea but it was fun to watch.
