Arrived home to cool temperatures, dark skies and . . . you guessed it rain. Soaking, cool, glorious rain. Funny that I had to leave Alaska to find cooler, damper weather. My grass is more jungle like than I had hoped for. I had left a neighbor in charge of keeping it looking nice but there was very little dry time in the three weeks I have been away. Strange weather for late May and June. It feels good to be home. Emma greeted me at the door and was looking fit and happy to see me. I know she will miss her caretakers but I think she is happy to be home too. That was her dreaming of home. ; )
