This dog has big dreams. I think right now she is chasing rabbits. Looking at life through the eyes of a puppy has been a gift. We take our morning walks everyday. Emma takes the lead. She stops to investigate the smallest things. Broken flowers, flying debris and sticks she picks up and carries awhile until she leaves them for something else that has captured her intense but momentary scrutiny. Sounds and smells distract her. The wind from this last storm lifted her big soft ears and she raised her nose to the air as if to lift off from the ground and sail away with the passing breeze. No fear stops this brave heart from her adventures. Shhh she is resting now. Restoring her energies for another grand adventure in the neighborhood.
