Storm Warning

The air is heavy with the coming storm. The barometer is falling and the forecast is for high winds out of the south with 75 knot gusts and at least an inch of rain. High surf pelted the beaches today and the surfers took full advantage. The sky took on an spooky ominous shade of dark gray. My patio roof has been blowing off piece by piece over that last few weeks of wind storms. I tucked my chair up under the remaining eaves hoping it does not blow through the glass windows. I love a good storm and this one promises to be impressive. I hope if you are in the path of this fury you are safe and warm. Batten down your hatches she's gonna blow!
