Weeds everywhere screaming silently for my attention. My beautiful yard is huge. It was lovingly cared for and nurtured at one time by previous owners but through many years of my ignorance and neglect it has fallen in disrepair. The rains and warm weather have done their part to encourage growth. The winds and birds have helped by spreading seed - some interesting most just invasive. Jock volunteered to come help me out (he is on vacation this week) and between turkey hunts he has some time and energy (bless him) . I tried to warn him. So . . . we are pulling weeds and pulling more weeds etc. Now if I can just keep them gone. Jock may need an extra weeks vacation. My undying gratitude to this wonderful man.
