Wet

After an almost two week sabbatical I had to get out rain or shine. My muscles ache to get moving again, my knee screamed, my hip joints moaned, and my lungs filled with that cool salt air. Rain water dripped into my eyes and my nose ran. Oh it was good!

I noticed large fishing nets laid out on the ground. Floats on one end and weights on the other. Seems like a dirty trick to play on unsuspecting fishes.

Speaking of fish the river is up! That means the steelhead are on the move and just waiting for us. Well not really more like taunting us but its a good time to try for them anyway.

I lost my rain coat in my recent travels. It never really did anything but absorb the water but I still miss it. Today I will go look for some new rain gear. Maybe I will get some that actually repels water. Gratitude for the love of friends and family. Peace.
